Mortgage Broker in Liverpool – Mortgage Advice in Liverpool

Welcome to our website for Local Mortgage Advice!

Our team of experienced Mortgage Advisors are here to help you through the whole process, be it a Home Purchase or Remortgage.  No matter if you are a First Time Buyer, Home Mover, Landlord, or looking to Remortgage for a better rate or capital raise, we’d love you to get in touch.

How Can We Help You?

We will search 1000’s of Mortgage Products to try and obtain the best mortgage deal for you, based on your circumstances. We are very proud of our 5-star Mortgage Advice Service, so please feel free to take a look at our genuine customer reviews at Reviews.co.uk.

Unlike a lot of larger Mortgage Advice companies, we are an experienced, small team of Friendly Mortgage Brokers, here to answer all your Mortgage questions. Whatever your mortgage situation, we’d love to help.

How to Conduct Business with my Mortgage Broker

Regardless of the option you go with, you’ll still get the same friendly, professional service. We can offer you a Free Initial Mortgage Consultation with one of our Specialist Mortgage Experts. Don’t worry about out of hours Mortgage Advice, and we have Mortgage Advisors in-house, available until 10 pm to take your Mortgage enquiry – why not try us?

Broker versus Bank – Which is more beneficial?

You could go to your bank, but the problem there is that they can only offer products from themselves – We can look at the 1000’s of products from various lenders. The banks’ Mortgage Advisors are also somewhat challenging to get an appointment with so if you’re actively looking at properties, or are ready to offer this can be aggravating. It’s also a good idea to seek advice from someone like ourselves, a professional Mortgage Broker, to compare deals.

I’ve previously been turned down for a Mortgage – Are you still able to provide Mortgage Advice?

We work with a wide range of mortgage lenders, some with Specialist Mortgage Products available. Fear not, we have multiple years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of providing Mortgage Advice to customers in all situations.

Frequently, customers that contact us for Mortgage Advice have previously been turned away by their bank for a variety of reasons, such as; income mix, credit score, property type, and the bank won’t lend enough. Usually, being a Mortgage Broker in Liverpool, we’re able to help out our customers.

What does a Mortgage Broker do?

We work for you – Not the Estate Agent, Builder or Bank.

Our job is to provide help and support throughout the home buying and Mortgage process (not just with Mortgage Advice). From the initial contact, it’s we aim to be honest, make you feel relaxed, find you the most suitable mortgage deal and provide guidance right up until completion.

Buying a new property isn’t always as straightforward as it should be. If you are a first-time buyer or haven’t moved in a while, it can feel like you’re stuck in a rut.

Don’t worry; your local Mortgage Advisor is here to help!
